IT Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Provide endpoint management support including the deployment or configuration of workstations, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
  • Ensure the timely resolution of IT issues and service requests.
  • Ensure all IT issues and support cases are tracked and documented.
  • Conduct IT induction and awareness program.
  • Support IT stock take exercise and IT inventory clean up.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendor to assist with daily BAU issues.
  • Liaise with vendor to troubleshoot any endpoint related IT issues.
  • Assist the manager in planning IT service delivery framework and constantly explore to improve the IT service standards.
  • Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in IT, or equivalent field with 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Sharepoint
  • Experience in installing, maintaining and supporting in a remote environment
  • Knowledge in IT service management and IT security
  • Basic knowledge in ITIL, network infrastructure, structures cabling, circuits, network devices and unified communication
  • Ability to work effectively as a team with minimum supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
