Customer Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with ultra-high net worth customers, maintaining a proactive understanding of their preferences and needs.
  • Deliver a personalized and bespoke experience at every stage of the customer journey
  • Recommend or connect potential customers through personal or professional network
  • Manage a portfolio of VIP customers, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Marketing to customize exclusive experiences (test drives, previews, private launches) to ensure consistent engagement and satisfaction
  • Ensure the showroom and customer touchpoints reflect the brand’s luxury standards.
  • Maintain and update customer records within the CRM systems
  • Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in customer service or client relations within the luxury or premium retail sector
  • Strong insight to China market with extensive network to premium buyers
  • Good understanding of luxury consumer psychology and buying behaviour with a focus on expatriate Chinese community
  • Required to communicate and engage professionally with China customers based in Singapore
  • Exemplary customer service with a high degree of initiative
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to recognise and refer potential business opportunities
  • Able to travel and work on weekends and public holidays as required
