Deliver a personalized and bespoke experience at every stage of the customer journey
Recommend or connect potential customers through personal or professional network
Manage a portfolio of VIP customers, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
Collaborate with Marketing to customize exclusive experiences (test drives, previews, private launches) to ensure consistent engagement and satisfaction
Ensure the showroom and customer touchpoints reflect the brand’s luxury standards.
Maintain and update customer records within the CRM systems

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in customer service or client relations within the luxury or premium retail sector
Strong insight to China market with extensive network to premium buyers
Good understanding of luxury consumer psychology and buying behaviour with a focus on expatriate Chinese community
Required to communicate and engage professionally with China customers based in Singapore
Exemplary customer service with a high degree of initiative
Proactive attitude with the ability to recognise and refer potential business opportunities
Able to travel and work on weekends and public holidays as required
