Digital Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and support our Sales360 system (digital retail experience and CRM platform) across the group. Collaborate with users and developers to deliver best-in-class experience and features, provide user training and process documentation, manage internal inquiries.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns with centralised databases, including segmentation and automation
  • Manage and maintain the centralised databases across various platforms, including the accurate and timely data transfer from the principal systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Manage and execute the expansion of structured and effective CRM programmes
  • Leverage data analytics across all platforms to enhance customer and user experiences
  • Develop quarterly customer profiles for brand marketing teams to identify trends and opportunities
  • Compile and report weekly, monthly and quarterly digital metrics (e.g. digital performance, conversions, social media activities), market audits, industry trends and media effectiveness
  • Prepare monthly online (Google) brand satisfaction levels and share of voice across brands and market segments

Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required

  • Minimum Degree qualifications with 2 – 3 years in digital marketing or systems with proven track records of performance marketing experience
  • Meticulous with excellent attention to details
  • Able to excel under pressure with the ability to manage concurrent projects and multiple deadlines
  • Highly organised and analytical
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Result-oriented problem solver and team-player
  • Willingness to learn and excel
  • Proficient in CRM and Marketing Platforms (e.g. ActiveCampaign, SalesForce, etc.) and MS Office applications
  • Passionate about all things digital: eager to learn and try new digital marketing technologies and methodologies
