Sales Manager (Polestar)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and motivate the Sales team to achieve set sales targets and KPIs (Financing, Insurance, Trade-in penetration rates)
  • Monitor sales performance of the team and provide coaching, when necessary, analyse market trends and formulate sales strategies
  • Manage inventory, propose stock ordering
  • Demonstrate a high level of understanding for Polestar products and services. Excite, engage and educate prospects with the help of technology

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record with the drive and passion for sales
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about electric vehicles, strong understanding of the EV segment and able to explain technical concepts surrounding EVs
  • Strong sense of urgency, team mentality, responsible and not afraid to get your hands dirty­
  • Creative and techy with a strong interest in keeping up-to-date with the latest tech
  • Highly self-motivated with strong initiative
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
