Marketing support for Aston Martin Singapore – always laddering up towards customer satisfaction, engagement and HQ KPIs are on track
Service and manage the Concierge desk during showroom operating hours – including ensuring all incoming visitors are directed to the relevant persons in a timely fashion
Execute and support marketing/CRM events and activities
Social media content and channel management
CRM & digital media content development and management
Salesforce Marketing Cloud management – including keeping track of HQ KPIs and ensuring accountability across the team
Management of Aston Martin merchandise inventory
Maintain and upkeep showroom standards
Any other tasks assigned by your superior
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing or relevant Marketing experience
Excellent commercial orientation and analytical skills with a creative mind
Attention to detail, and takes initiative to optimise and innovate
Possesses a passion for the Automotive industry and is hungry to learn
