Responsibilities

• Marketing support for Aston Martin Singapore – always laddering up towards customer satisfaction, engagement and HQ KPIs are on track
• Service and manage the Concierge desk during showroom operating hours – including ensuring all incoming visitors are directed to the relevant persons in a timely fashion
• Execute and support marketing/CRM events and activities
• Social media content and channel management
• CRM & digital media content development and management
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud management – including keeping track of HQ KPIs and ensuring accountability across the team
• Management of Aston Martin merchandise inventory
• Maintain and upkeep showroom standards
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing or relevant Marketing experience 
• Excellent commercial orientation and analytical skills with a creative mind 
• Attention to detail, and takes initiative to optimise and innovate
• Possesses a passion for the Automotive industry and is hungry to learn
• Team player and ‘can do’ attitude
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Canva
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
