Manage the entire body and paint operations to achieve overall profitability target
Ensure all bodyshop repairs are carried out in compliance with the manufacturers’ standards and fulfil insurance company expectations in respect of repair deadline, repair quality and claim requirements
Manage in-house contractors to ensure repair quality is up to expectations and to fulfill individual brand and other contractual obligations
Lead the team to meet business objective within a culture of continuous improvement, process excellence and efficiency
Requirements
Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 10 years of managerial experience in body and paint operations
Possess relevant technical knowledge preferably in continental vehicle
Strong leadership skills with the drive to excel
Excellent people management and communications skills
