Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance to achieve targets and profitability goals
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Specialists to deliver excellent customer service
  • Oversee new car sales operations, including stock management, administration and logistics
  • Promote NIO’s innovative technology and ownership experience to strengthen brand image and customer loyalty
  • Ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standards
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by your superior

Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required

  • Degree with at least 3 years of sales and managerial experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven leadership ability with strong customer service focus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and people management skills
  • Highly motivated, results-driven and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about innovation, technology and sustainable mobility
  • Valid Class 3 driving licence
