Service Consultant (Jaguar and Land Rover / Lotus and NIO)

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms or issues.
  • Provide repair and maintenance recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
  • Prepare detailed service estimates and explain repair options, costs, and timelines.
  • Communicate with workshop control to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion of work.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive systems, warranties, and recalls.
  • Follow up with customers regarding service progress and any additional work needed.
  • Review completed repairs with customers, ensuring satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
  • Process repair orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
  • Promote additional services or maintenance packages as appropriate.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC in automotive technology
  • Good knowledge of car components
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
