Service Consultant (Jaguar and Land Rover / Lotus and NIO)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms or issues.
- Provide repair and maintenance recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
- Prepare detailed service estimates and explain repair options, costs, and timelines.
- Communicate with workshop control to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion of work.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive systems, warranties, and recalls.
- Follow up with customers regarding service progress and any additional work needed.
- Review completed repairs with customers, ensuring satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
- Process repair orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
- Promote additional services or maintenance packages as appropriate.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in automotive technology
- Good knowledge of car components
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
