• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and steering.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tyre rotations, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and determine repair solutions.
• Follow manufacturer specifications, repair instructions, and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with workshop controller about vehicle conditions, required repairs, and estimated completion times.
• Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with safety and environmental regulations.
• Stay current with new vehicle technology, tools, and repair techniques through ongoing training.

• Minimum NITEC in Automotive or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience in motorcycle servicing
• Team player with high level of initiative and drive
• Possess a valid Class 2A/2B/2 riding licence

• Process incoming and outgoing parts orders (internal and external).
• Maintain accurate inventory records .
• Order parts from approved suppliers and track deliveries.
• Manage parts returns, warranty claims, and credits with suppliers.
• Respond to inquiries from technicians, service staff, and customers.
• Prepare quotes and invoices for parts sales.
• Update and maintain the parts database and systems (e.g. DMS software).
• Support the Parts Manager in daily administrative tasks and reporting.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.

• Attend to parts quotation enquiries, issuing of parts and provide support to service workshop
• Manage daily warehouse operations in the areas of receiving, binning, picking and packing
• Conduct stocktaking duties, checking of parts backorders and handle administrative work

• Must be computer literate
• Ability to understand parts catalogue
• Able to operate forklift and warehouse equipment would be an advantage
