Sales Manager (Land Rover)

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve annual target with a focus on profitability
  • Effectively manage sales operations and stock situation
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to deliver strong sales performance
  • Work with Marketing team to brainstorm and develop marketing activities to boost new car sales
  • Implement appropriate sales processes aligning to manufacturer’s standards

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree qualifications with 3 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry

Responsibilities

  • Manage Parts retail sales, stock inventory and update information into the data system
  • Examine market trends and results to effectively review pricing strategies
  • Go to person for fulfillment of parts orders and delivery of backorders
  • Minimise stock holding costs 
  • Plan and drive parts sales activities

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma and/or with at least 3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customer needs
  • Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status
  • Raise parts requisition and inform customers upon parts arrivals
  • Submit warranty documentation and to facilitate warranty claims
  • Daily payment settlement, invoicing and documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC in automotive technology
  • Good knowledge of car components
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships

Business System Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage applications administration to ensure smooth business operations and data integrity, in accordance with company's policies and procedures
  • Provide training and proper guidance to end users to promote business effectiveness and efficiency
  • Develop self-training system and update training contents
  • Provide end user support and be able to control, monitor, report on and improve on service performance
  • Liaise with IT department to define end users requirements and design specifications to implement new solutions and conduct applications testing
  • Explore new and emerging technologies to enhance existing applications  

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Computer Science with strong ERP experience 
  • Knowledge of Autoline system and/or an Accounting/Finance Degree is an added advantage
  • Prior experience in ERP applications support with good knowledge in business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under tight datelines and pressures
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills

Senior Business System Executive

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support  by troubleshooting and resolving all Autoline issues promptly
  • Create, enhance & troubleshoot reports as per users' requirements stated in Service requests
  • Ensure governance, risk and compliance within Autoline system administration
  • Maintain users permissions and vendor accesses in the business system
  • Conduct Autoline users' trainings
  • Lead and participate in projects implementation
  • Involve in disaster recovery testing to ensure robustness of the DR plan

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Computer Science with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong business operational knowledge and keen interest in software configuration
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Disciplined and meticulous with ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Candidate with accounting knowledge would be advantageous
