Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to meet sales targets and profitability

Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador and provide product/ brand expertise for launches and events
  • Develop and close sales leads to maximize volume and profitability for the brand

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marcom activities and marketing campaigns
  • Source and collaborate with partners to execute branding and sponsorship events
  • Develop and manage all through-the-line communications including the development of digital marketing campaigns, digital banners and eDM artwork
  • Support and manage the execution of all relevant social media platform campaigns, customer events and PR activations

Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller

Responsibilities

  • Manage finance and accounting operation activities 
  • Handle accurate and timely submission of financial, management/statutory reports and analysis in
    accordance with accounting standards
  • Manage annual financial planning, budgeting, and monthly forecasting process to ensure timely reports are submitted to the management
  • Partner the management team in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, analysis and provide feedback on business performance
  • Review of P&L, variance analysis, balance sheet items and highlight key issues to Head of Finance with recommendations for improvement
  • Responsible for tax reporting including timely submission as per statutory/company timelines
  • Ensure compliance with the required accounting standards, taxation regulations and statutory requirements
  • Ensure efficient and effective processes and implement change process where necessary
  • Implement and maintain accounting policies and financial controls
  • Oversee Treasury, credit control and manage funds to ensure efficiency and adequacy

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting/ Finance, CPA with at least 10 years of managerial experience in a similar role
  • Dynamic leadership capability with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic outlook with ability to drive change
  • Strong integrity and ensure compliance with local policies and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Provide application development and administration of enterprise systems
  • Handle user support calls, perform first and second level troubleshooting, diagnose application related issues and escalate to vendor for resolution

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing all matters related to Accounts Payable (AP) and guide AP staff
  • Review expenses accruals and postings
  • Verify and check payments prepared, and ensure timely payment
  • Responsible for daily cashflow and managing of foreign currency exposure
  • Provide treasury support and monitor bank facilities utilisation
