  • Handle all store activities such as receiving, inspecting and issuing of goods to customer
  • Unload goods from containers and assist in daily warehouse operations
  • Attend to parts quotation enquiries

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 and L2 technical support through calls and emails for different applications on the company’s infrastructure
  • Provide timely resolutions and incidents escalations to vender for effective solutions
  • Work closely with vendors in project implementation, application testing, application patches and upgrades
  • Support users in analyzing requirements, change requests and provide technical advices

  • Handling monthly closing of accounts for subsidiaries
  • Preparing monthly management reports, bank reconciliation and schedules
  • Preparing monthly GST reports and annual tax computation for IRAS submission


Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years of relevant working experience or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) with 3 years of relevant experience
