HR Assistant (6 months contract)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding & off boarding process for employees
  • Coordinate & support interview arrangements
  • Maintain proper filing of HR records
  • Ensure data accuracy when inputting personnel records in HR systems
  • Support in all ad-hoc activities and HR related matters as and when needed

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Proactive and independent
  • Meticulous with a flair for details
  • Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills
