Administrator (Polestar)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the entire Polestar team for sales and aftersales matters.
  • Assist in vehicle homologation matters
  • Office management such as ordering stationary, maintaining office supplies
  • Generate reports – Prepare SSOR, Pipeline Report, Demo Car listing Report
  • Maintain SDS, Stock ordering
  • Taking minutes during internal meetings
  • Travel arrangements as and when required
  • Prepare paperwork for car registrations
  • Assist in COE Bidding Exercise
  • Arrange insurance & road tax renewal for company car
  • Process receipts of payment for new BOA and car registration
  • Update inventory status and details in the car stock system
  • Create customer profile, submit PDI request in Autoline system
  • Update inventory status and details in the car stock system
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Sales & Aftersales Reports
  • Prepare monthly Test Drive Mileage and Ageing Cars Report

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Proficient in MS Office
