Service Consultant (Iconic premium American motorcycle brand)

Responsibilities

  • Advise appropriate service/repair requirements to meet customers’ needs
  • Act as a key communication link between customers, workshop and parts department to assure responsiveness
  • Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status
  • Manage service documentation (repair orders, quotations, invoices, warranty claims, inspection reports)

Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology
  • Good knowledge of motorcycle components
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
