Accounts Assistant (3 months contract)

Responsibilities

  • Process suppliers’ payments, including generating payment vouchers, preparing cheques and online payments
  • Compile documents and process payments for local and overseas vendors
  • Close follow up with payment approvers
  • Post accounts payables invoices and employees claims into the system/banking system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow up with accrual of expenses incurred by the company where invoices have not been received
  • Handle expense claims, statement of Accounts

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) with 3 years relevant experience
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
