Lead, develop and execute strategic plans to drive Jaguar and Land Rover brands growth, awareness and sales through advertising, promotion, public relations and customer retention
Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with different stakeholders to meet business objectives
Lead the product and marketing teams to plan, propose and execute marketing activities for New Cars, Approved Pre-owned and Aftersales
Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with the manufacturer’s requirements and approved via the proper channel
Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, media, manufacturers, agencies and vendors
Lead the Customer Experience team to ensure processes are adhered to manufacturer’s requirements
Drive sales and retail management of merchandise
Requirements
Minimum Degree qualifications with 5 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced retail environment
Luxury experience or exposure is required to succeed and drive the brand strategy
Proven track record of B2C marketing with successful development and execution and marketing campaigns
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud is strongly preferred
Excellent commercial orientation, analytical and communication skills
Creative and innovative, with out-of-the-box approaches to marketing
