Marketing Manager (Jaguar and Land Rover)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and execute strategic plans to drive Jaguar and Land Rover brands growth, awareness and sales through advertising, promotion, public relations and customer retention
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with different stakeholders to meet business objectives
  • Lead the product and marketing teams to plan, propose and execute marketing activities for New Cars, Approved Pre-owned and Aftersales
  • Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with the manufacturer’s requirements and approved via the proper channel
  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, media, manufacturers, agencies and vendors
  • Lead the Customer Experience team to ensure processes are adhered to manufacturer’s requirements
  • Drive sales and retail management of merchandise

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree qualifications with 5 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Luxury experience or exposure is required to succeed and drive the brand strategy
  • Proven track record of B2C marketing with successful development and execution and marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud is strongly preferred
  • Excellent commercial orientation, analytical and communication skills
  • Creative and innovative, with out-of-the-box approaches to marketing
  • Meticulous with a flair for details
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
