Concierge (Jaguar and Land Rover / Volvo Aftersales)

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers for aftersales service booking and requests
  • Manage phone enquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the department including but not limited to report generation, invoicing, payment collection and settlements

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Independent individual who is able to multi-task in a fast paced environment 
  • Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work on alternate Saturdays
