Car invoicing and adhoc billings
Ensure billing documents are complete with proper authorisation
Prepare and posting of journal entries
Follow up on outstanding debts
Checking of commissions
Prepare monthly reports
Minimum Diploma in Accounting with 2 years of relevant working experience
Meticulous, organized and a good team player
Able to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify areas for improvement on existing processes
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
