Responsibilities

• Review journal and monthly schedules
• Responsible for the accurate preparation of timely financial management reports
• Partner the management team in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and analysis
• Review of P&L and perform variance analysis
• Review balance sheet items (including intercompany, bank reconciliation, WIPs and etc)
• Ensure timely follow up of outstanding items with operation teams
• Develop, maintain and coach staff on financial controls and accounting policies

Requirements

• Minimum Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Possess strong analytical skills with critical thinking abilities
• Strong integrity to ensure compliance with local policies and regulations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience implementing and/or handling ERP systems and BI tools will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
