Assistant Project Manager (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for overall project oversight, stakeholder/vendor management, change/process management, status reporting and project success
  • Manage all activities related to implementation of the Showroom Digitalisation System up to the post live phases, covering scopes, timelines and project deliverables
  • Liaise among business stakeholders to understand the structures, policies and technical objectives of each business operations
  • Carry out, organise and attend routine meetings to provide clear status updates on project progress, and create buy-ins from all key stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with champion users on data cleansing ensuring data integrity
  • Analyse Customer Journey Mapping touchpoints to maximize opportunities and enhance customer experiences
  • Conduct user trainings and communication sessions

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Business / IT/ Project Management with 2 years of IT Project Management experience
  • Proven working experience in managing/leading IT projects
  • Able to lead solution design, translating business needs to technical proposals
  • Skilled communicator with excellent facilitation skills in business partnering to design and implement system solutions
  • Knowledge of sales management and CRM solution within the automotive industry will be advantageous
