Accountable for overall project oversight, stakeholder/vendor management, change/process management, status reporting and project success
Manage all activities related to implementation of the Showroom Digitalisation System up to the post live phases, covering scopes, timelines and project deliverables
Liaise among business stakeholders to understand the structures, policies and technical objectives of each business operations
Carry out, organise and attend routine meetings to provide clear status updates on project progress, and create buy-ins from all key stakeholders
Work collaboratively with champion users on data cleansing ensuring data integrity
Analyse Customer Journey Mapping touchpoints to maximize opportunities and enhance customer experiences
Conduct user trainings and communication sessions
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Business / IT/ Project Management with 2 years of IT Project Management experience
Proven working experience in managing/leading IT projects
Able to lead solution design, translating business needs to technical proposals
Skilled communicator with excellent facilitation skills in business partnering to design and implement system solutions
Knowledge of sales management and CRM solution within the automotive industry will be advantageous
