• Ensuring the retailer is well presented
• Ensuring new car stock is well managed
• Setting sales & profitability targets for your team, driving them to achieve and exceed these targets
• Ensuring your sales team deliver and maintain the highest level of customer service and achieving top NPS scores
• Managing your sales team to ensure all aspects of their roles and compliance are being adhered to
• Responsible for the implementation of compliance with the manufacturer standards and obligations to the customer

Requirements

• Minimum degree qualifications preferred with proven sales track record in the automotive industry
• Lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and achieve the highest standards set out by the brand
• Strong passion to provide exceptional customer service level
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
