Assistant General Manager, Sales (Jaguar and Land Rover)

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to meet sales and profitability targets
  • Lead and drive the sales team to achieve sales target and profit margins
  • Oversee all sales activities and customers buying experiences, showroom aesthetics and ensuring all display and test-drive cars are in tip-top conditions
  • Effectively manage production orders and inventory level as per target
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors’ performances
  • Conduct comparison against competitors’ products and recommend unique selling points
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with manufacturers

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 6 years of automotive sales management experience
  • Strong business acumen with customer-centric personality 
  • Proactive and result-driven
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
