Assist in vehicle homologation matters
Provide administrative support to the entire Polestar team for sales and aftersales matters
Maintain SDS and ordering of stocks
Assist in COE Bidding Exercise and car registrations
Arrange insurance & road tax renewal for company car
Process receipts of payment for new BOA and car registration
Update inventory status and details in the car stock system
Create customer profile and submit PDI request in Autoline system
Generate and prepare weekly and monthly reports
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Meticulous and organised
Proficient in MS Office
