Administrator (Polestar)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in vehicle homologation matters
  • Provide administrative support to the entire Polestar team for sales and aftersales matters
  • Maintain SDS and ordering of stocks
  • Assist in COE Bidding Exercise and car registrations
  • Arrange insurance & road tax renewal for company car
  • Process receipts of payment for new BOA and car registration
  • Update inventory status and details in the car stock system
  • Create customer profile and submit PDI request in Autoline system
  • Generate and prepare weekly and monthly reports

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Proficient in MS Office
