Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Work as a Performance Marketing Specialist within the Central Digital Marketing team focused on planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns
  • Assume ownership of paid campaigns across search, social media, display/programmatic and 3rd-party advertising, accountable for key performance metrics for multiple brands and models
  • Employ data-driven approach to test new channels and refine channel mix, leveraging existing datasets to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Develop iterate analytic dashboards to track, monitor and report on campaign performance to measure channel cost-efficiency metrics and ROI
  • Collaborate with brand management, sales and marketing stakeholders to strategize and execute result driven digital marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree qualifications with 2 – 3 years in digital marketing with proven track records of performance marketing experience
  • Result-oriented problem solver, keen to work in a transformative team with opportunities across digital marketing disciplines
  • Passionate about all things digital: eager to learn and try new digital marketing technologies and methodologies
