Human Resource Executive
Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries from line managers and to provide accurate and timely information and advice
Responsible for recruitment of non-executive staff for all brands
Handle on-boarding process for new staff
Administer work pass application and renewal for foreign employee
Manage and coordinate annual and quarterly performance appraisal process
Create and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and P-files
Collate monthly headcount reports
Degree qualifications with at least 3 years of hands-on experience; with proficient knowledge on local employment legislation
Positive and proactive attitude
Keen to learn and a team player
Able to work under pressure and willing to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
