Accounts Supervisor (Accounts Payable)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing all matters related to Accounts Payable (AP) and guide AP staff
- Review expenses accruals and postings
- Verify and check payments prepared, and ensure timely payment
- Responsible for daily cashflow and managing of foreign currency exposure
- Provide treasury support and monitor bank facilities utilisation
- Assist in audit and other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/CAT with 4 years of relevant supervisory experience
- Good communication skills, meticulous and organized
- Proficient in MS Office
