CRM and Digital Systems Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the enhancement and support of the Sales360 system, ensuring it provides a best-in-class digital retail experience.
  • Gate keeper (no over-usage) and oversee (Active Campaign) brand email marketing.
  • Manage and maintain all owner (Autoline) / prospect (Sales360) database.
  • Monitor data integrity and implement procedures to maintain data quality.
  • Produce and present monthly digital sales metrics, including conversion rates, cost per conversion, and social media activity.
  • Develop strategies to enhance digital sales and customer engagement platforms.
  • Monitor and report on monthly online brand satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital retail and CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree qualifications with 3 to 5 years in digital sales, CRM management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing CRM systems and digital sales platforms.
  • Experience in email marketing campaigns and tools (e.g., Active Campaign).
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights to senior management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Knowledge of best practices in data privacy and digital marketing.
