Responsibilities

• Review warranty claims submitted by all brands to ensure it is carried out according to manufacturer’s procedures
• Support warranty audits for all brands at both local and at regional levels
• Track the completion for all recall campaign at both the local and regional levels
• Review internal service and maintenance package utilization
• Track service department operating performance
• Provide coaching to new staff on warranty claims according to manufacturers’ policy and procedures 

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Nitec in Automotive with at least 5 years of experience handling warranty
• Able to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures
• Willing to travel regionally
