Senior Marketing Executive /Assistant Marketing Manager (Jaguar and Land Rover)
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing manager on the overall marketing strategies, events, reports, and budget
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with different stakeholders to meet business objectives
Assist in the day-to-day execution of the marketing activities include handling all ATL, BTL, PR, social media, events, partnerships, and CRM initiatives
Drive CRM strategy to increase customer retention
Drive lead generation strategy to increase online and offline lead generation
Manage public relations with key media and journalists and coordinate media drives
Monitor, adjust and track results of every activation and projects, and apply the learnings to improve future campaigns
Preparing reports on marketing activities, including expenditures and results achieved
Establish good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders by maintaining strong lines of communication
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing with 5 years of work experience in brand management
Experience in luxury brand or environment will be highly regarded
Proven track record of successful development and implementation of B2C marketing campaigns and events
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of social media (Meta/WeChat) and digital marketing best practices
Strong understanding of performance marketing funnel and direct-to-consumer acquisition
Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Photoshop and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
