Service Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers of service due, service package, repairs needed and extended warranty package. Set bookings for customers.
  • Monitor service and repairs status and update customers.
  • Raise parts requisition and advise customers when parts arrived.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment receipt from customers. Submit daily settlement to Administrator.
  • Perform post service follow-up and obtain good Customer Service Index scores from customers.
  • Facilitate warranty claim process between Workshop and Warranty Administrator.
  • Assist in collection and delivery service.
  • Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

  • Minimum NTC2 / NITEC in Automotive Technology or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
