Responsibilities

• Profit and loss responsibility for aftersales business including service, parts and customer satisfaction
• Develop new opportunities for the profit centre, in compliance with manufacturer’s guidelines
• Ensure warranty and policy are in compliance with manufacturer’s procedures
• Develop and motivate the team to deliver business targets within a culture of continuous improvement, process excellence and efficiency
• Maintain strong collaborative relationship with manufacturer
• Ensure professional aftersales support is provided to customer
• Review and ensure high customer retention rate with high NPS score

Requirements

• Minimum Degree qualifications with 5 years of managerial experience within the automotive industry
• Exemplary leadership with customer centric mindset
• Dynamic individual with strong drive to excel
• Excellent people management, interpersonal and communications skills
